Instant payments can still be recalled (fraud, duplicate, technical). camt.056 → camt.029 → pacs.004, under tighter operational urgency than batch SCT.

Why read this

PSU reports fraud minutes after an instant credit. Funds may already be withdrawn — negative camt.029 is common.
